The North Carolina Board of Occupational Therapy is not liable for any losses or damages claimed through the use of its lists. The North Carolina Board of Occupational Therapy is not liable for any consequential or special damages, or intangibles claimed through the use of its lists. Under no circumstances shall any liability exceed the cost of the list.

Limits on Uses of Lists The North Carolina Board of Occupational Therapy Mailing Lists are licensed to the individual or company purchasing the list. This license is not transferable. This license and/or this list may not be resold or duplicated for use by anyone or any corporation other than the licensee. The information contained within the licensed list may not be resold or duplicated either partially or in whole for use by outside parties. Lists are seeded and use is tracked. Reuse of lists by non-licensed parties will result in additional charges.
